Some tangling is unavoidable during shipping, especially with wire wrapped jewelry. Carefully untangle your jewelry and store flat or hang for best results.
Earwires should be cleaned with a cotton ball dampened with rubbing alcohol prior to wearing to remove impurities from designing and shipping your earrings.
Tarnish is naturally occurring in most metals. In some cases, tarnish can add to the charm of the jewelry, giving it an old world look.The best way to prevent metal from tarnishing is to prevent oxygen, humidity and sulfide gases from coming in contact with the metal by storing it in airtight containers.
There are many chemical-free ways to remove tarnish. Boil a kettle of water. Line the bottom of a pan with aluminum foil. Place tarnished metal in the pan so it touches the foil. Cover the metal with the boiling water and add a tablespoon of baking soda. When the tarnish is gone, rinse and dry the metal. When possible, the approximate length is included for bracelets and necklaces. The following chart provides some guidance for determining size.

In many cases, we can adjust the length of a bracelet or necklace by adding or removing length, although the finished length will be determined ultimately by the size of the bead or stone used. Please contact us to request a different length and we will try to accommodate your request. In some cases, the price of the piece might increase slightly due to the materials used.
All of our products are guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of 90 days. If you have any problem with one of our pieces, please contact us for return instructions. We will repair your piece free of charge, and will also pay for shipping, if breakage is due to a defect or from normal use. Broken items due to misuse will not be covered by warranty.
After the 90 day period, we will repair any piece you purchased from us, free of charge. You will only need to pay postage charges. Contact us for return instructions.
